Pennsylvania House of Representatives, District 191

The 191st Pennsylvania House of Representatives District is made up of parts of Delaware County, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. The district includes the following areas:[1]

Anthony Hardy Williams Democrat 1989 – 1998 Was elected simultaneously to the Senate and the House of Representatives on November 3, 1998. He chose the Senate, leaving the House seat vacant.[2]
Ronald G. Waters Democrat 1999 – present Elected May 18, 1999 to fill vacancy[3]
